Shipping Stuff

We ship from the UK. If you’re in the UK, it’s quick. If you’re outside of the UK and somehow managed to place an order, we’ll figure something out, but we make no promises. Free shipping is included where mentioned, and if it’s not mentioned, maybe it’s not included. But probably it is. Unless it’s not.

Delivery Times

Sometimes things arrive fast. Sometimes the post takes a tea break. Most parcels should arrive in a few days, but we can’t guarantee any specific timeline. Weather happens. So do holidays. And postal strikes. So please be patient and check your letterbox, or maybe your neighbour’s porch if you’re friendly.

Payments

We use PayPal. Why? Because it’s easy, safe, and makes us feel slightly more official. We don’t store your payment information, because frankly, we don’t want that responsibility. PayPal handles everything on their secure end, and we just get a note that says you paid us. Which is nice.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don’t, that’s okay. You’ve got 14 business days to decide if this was the best vinyl decision of your life—or not. If it’s a no, just send it back (unused, of course). We’ll sort out a refund like reasonable people. But if you’ve chopped it up or tried to iron it on your cat, then no—just no.

Product Information

Colours on screens aren’t always true to life. Lighting, screen calibration, and human perception are all weirdly subjective. So if the purple looks more like grape than plum, well, it’s still lovely HTV. Our descriptions aim to be accurate, but we’re only human, and occasionally caffeine-deprived.

Compatibility

Yes, our HTV works with Cricut machines. Also with Silhouette and Brother. But if you’re using something we’ve never heard of from 1996 that runs on floppy disks, we can’t help you. Most modern machines will do just fine. If not, give it a gentle pep talk or check YouTube.

Custom Duties & Taxes

You’re in the UK? You’re all good. Anywhere else? We’re not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or unexpected bureaucracy. That’s between you and your country’s postal overlords.

Crafting Results May Vary

We’ve tested our vinyl and it’s fab. But everyone’s iron is different. Some people press too hot, some not hot enough. Some people forget to mirror. (We’ve all been there.) So if your result isn’t perfect, it might not be the vinyl’s fault. Or maybe it is. Or maybe Mercury is in retrograde. Who can say?

We’re Just People

We’re not a big corporation with 12 departments and a board of directors. We’re just people who love vinyl and want to share it with others who feel the same. If you have a problem, reach out—we’ll try to help. If you’re rude, we might not reply. Or we might. Depends how much tea we’ve had.

Changes to This Page

We might update this page now and then, especially if we realise something was confusing or if we just feel like rewording it on a rainy Tuesday. We won’t send out a newsletter about it. Just assume things evolve.
